When you fill in a form, we collect the following information: name, first name, title, email, IP address and whether you are a company or a corporation.

How long we store your data

Your personal information is stored by The Cool Down Project for a period of 3 years for marketing purposes and 6 years for order processing data.

For users who register on our site (where possible), we also store the personal data specified in their profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception of their username). Site managers can also view and modify this information.
